Wendell BVan was filthy, and I was charged a cleanup fee when I had to clean the damn thing before I could use it. Apparently the gas level was falsely reported prior to me renting it because it had three quarters of a tank of gas when I got in it and over 3/4 when I parked it upon return and i was charging additional $27 for gasoline

Ted WDropoff location looked a little sketchy and location was unattended with phone number to call. However, person showed up within 5 minutes of calling number to help unhitch the trailer and finish drop off process. Uhaul needs to add Jack's to the bigger trailers. I could not have lifted the tongue on the 6x12 foot trailer by myself to do a "self drop off" process as the tongue weight is too heavy.
Charles WI did the late drop-off so the location was closed. Easy enough to park the truck as it's right on the main road. It appeared clean on the inside but again, the door was locked and no one was there.

VIRGIL WI had a problem with my car and needed to switch from a trailer to a truck.Ted went out of his way to find me a truck and came in on his day off to rent it to me. I was back on the road in no time and didn’t have to pay for another night at hotel. Thank You Ted!
Shannon CMy initial reservation was 5.7 miles from my home in Greensboro GA. I received an email switching me to a pickup location in Buckhead GA, 13 miles from my home. Then I received a third email switching me to Computer Essentials in Madison GA, 18.5 miles from my home, 31 minutes away. This resulted in an additional 37 miles and 1 hour of my time to return the equipment. I asked both locations if I could drop the equipment at my original pickup location in Greensboro and told I would incur a large drop fee. I should have able to drop the equipment in Greensboro and not incur a drop fee.
CHET HNo attendant available and nobody answered the phone. Keys were in a lockbox with no code given. Cab of truck was dirty. Would never recommend

Tim GNo staff present at 2:30PM on Monday. Left trailer unattended, with only telephone checkout to U-Haul 800 number. Location was unkempt, muddy, isolated (behind storefront, where other trailers were parked). AND I had to drive 25 extra miles to get to this supposedly preferred location, for a discount that I don't think I got. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Mike MTruck was full of red mud! Cab was filthy with food remnants and used napkins. Had to mop cargo area and ramp before I cud use. Front tires slick. Not a happy customer.
