Harold carterThe only thing was I didn't know if I had to do anything with my drop off. It only asked me what time I would be dropping it off so I don't know if I was supposed to anything else. I Left the key in the drop box and made sure it was locked up. I also put gas in so it was the same as when I got it.

Richard K ScottSo, 39.95 plus .99 per mile i went 8 miles total and my total bill was 85.00 i didnt need a 7.00 dolly but somehow it got in there. The contract process on line is information overload where a mis click ends up with things not needed like dollys or blankets or something else. Taxes and additional fees like safe drive fee etc etc bla bla bla! Really kinda a rip off when someone thinks they’re getting a truck for X and it turns out to be Y .. The old bait and switch is what’s really goin on here..!

Clinton BoydThe location was great. However, I received a call from UHAUL asking why I had not returned the vehicle. I explained that I had returned it after only using it for 2 hours (the return being shortly after the closing of the location for the Memorial day weekend). The Uhaul rep then said, 'well, ok, I'll check with the location'. This was surprising as I feel this should have been done first.

Deborah TradigoThe directions in the app were clear and everything was easy to navigate to get the truck. My only advice would be to warn customers to arrive 15 minutes before pickup to do all the steps in the app. I was warned there were several steps, but didn't realize how long it would take.

Joshua GiddensNo problems I had to contact your office. The app was telling me that I was too far away to self check out however I was parked next to the truck. Wasted 45 minutes of my time in the 3° weather. Representative offered to have me pick up a truck elsewhere I would credit me a dollar per mile if I did so. However I did not feel that that would be fair to Columbia being it was not their fault it was the companies app. I would however like to see an adjustment made on the mileage chargeFor the problem that I had.
gary rutherfordReview your procedures and make the process easier for the customer. The verification process is terrible. Actual photo, drivers license front and back, and credit card not enough?! You need third party verification! Work id !? Copy of the contract that you don’t get! Lmao! Ridiculous. I know now to just go to Lowes and Home Depot! Cheaper and less hassle!

Katherine MaherThere were hidden fees and I was charged $12 for less than a gallon of gas. The rental should have been around $100 total and I was charge $147. That is not OK. I won’t be using uhaul again.

Andrew gergatsoulisSide door of the cargo van would not open, although a few times on the highway it opened on its own and we had to pull over. This made loading and unloading very difficult, and made it very unsafe of the road. Luckily we had not placed any small items by the side door since it would not open, otherwise things would have fallen out on the road. Very dangerous.
Karen HofrichterI was asked to pay more money for fuel after I returned the truck with the amount of fuel that I was on the truck at the time of my rental. I was not shown the level of the fuel by your agent at the time of the rental, because of this reason I am given the location poor. Thanks.
