It was our second time renting a truck from there, and the guy at the guy that assisted us was very professional and helpful, I have some doubts about which truck will be better for us and he took his time to walk with me to assure me I was making the right choice, I will him a 10 out of 10

The guy who checked me out looked me right in the eyes and LIED to my face about my cost by approximately $100, and discouraged me from receiving a printed receipt. A regional manager by the name of "Sean" reached out to me to just apologize, and did not offer a refund for the employee's erroneous mistake. Absolutely terrible customer service from everyone involved. Will never use Uhaul again.

I’m a customer so I don’t know Uhauls operating procedures so don’t think a customer is incompetent when they were told one thing from an initial location and then are informed something different at another location. The older gentleman I worked with at Lashelle way was quite rude and arrogant, made me never want to use Uhaul again, however my experience the following day on the 21st my experience with Ian was phenomenal as he was very knowledgeable and polite.

Overall, the dropoff itself, went smoothly. Unfortunately, the U-Haul app did not work properly on my nephew's iPhone and I was charged $20 even though we downloaded the app and were able to input some data (location, scan bar codes for truck and auto transport). This store's operator delivered what I ordered at the time I ordered it which various other locations in the area failed to do. Three other locations changed my booking without my consent, this location delivered what I requested in my original reservation. Very helpful and professional.

I literally requested from the 3rd of OCT to the 3rd of November and was reserved but apparently they only gave me 15 days. So I eneded up having to pay AK additional 400 dollars. I was asked why do I need it for 30 ish days and all I have to ask is who cares why that many days I'm paying. The colorado springs uhauls need some serious training.

The location I picked up trick was supposed to have the truck and car dolly but it did not. To help me out the customer service representative went ahead and rented the truck to me there and then was able to pick up dolly from a second location. The only problem I had was it cost more this way originally was told 390 for the truck and dolly but doing them separately cost me $30 or so more was not what I expected so had burrow money from someone to get dolly. Also caused us to burrow money for gas too because the over charge

My pickup location was changed to this store, and I was NOT notified - causing a great deal of inconvenience and also additional expense to me.
The truck had a broken air vent in the cab, but I could not visually see this at the time of pick up. I didn't know until I went to adjust it while on the road.
The governor on this truck seems to have huge issues. It will randomly rev the engine while already at top speed, and the top speed is set hazardously low. It is below the speed limit for many sections of open highway.

The trailer we were given to rent had a rim and a tire that were bad so we had to wait for a technician to come to replace it. We were going from Pueblo, CO to Rapid City, SD so the trailer never should have been rented with the tire and rim in that condition to travel this distance. It also caused us to get back to Rapid City until the next day when we were planning on returning that night.

Truck cab was very dirty ! Sticky drink spilled on floor, ourshoes stuck to it, windows were filthy as well. I think for the amount of money the truck should have at least been clean at pickup otherwise the size of the truck suited our needs

Great storage center! Nick, the gentleman in the office most of the time, is so great. Any time I have a question he’s always super knowledgeable and able to help me out very quickly. Provide an option to purchase locks for the trucks units, or at least information customer when they pick up a truck to bring a lock, would help people looking to load and move. Rather then going to a store to purchase a lock and leave tbe unit unlocked.

Great owner and staff! Always super friendly and could help answer questions. The facility is secure with an electric gate and cameras. The units themselves are clean and put together well - my unit had a light too which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, recommend to anyone. It is also right next to base for easy access.
