Sheila QThe location itself wasn't horrible. The truck seemed to have a VERY hard time shifting. Uhaul itself needs to correct the addresses on their website so they don't send their customers on a wild goose chase like us racking up extra miles.
Jessica LThe app has issues. Tried resetting password and it gave me a passcode and I would put it in and it would say it was wrong. Spen hour’s trying to get it to work. Finally just called and did it over the phone. Spent hour’s trying to pick up the truck. The next rental everything was frozen. Could not open the lock. Had to put hot water on the lock. Then door would not open. Had to heat up water and put on roll door. Finally after over an hour. Picked up truck. Then at my place got truck stuck and spent half the day getting it out. Then had to pay more. Not a good day
thomas tBetter communication the self service kiosk glitched and we went in bait shop. The nice guy behind the counter Ronnie got us hooked up and on our way thankfully. Other than that hiccup everything else seemed fine. Thank you Ronnie at the Bait Shop.
Horace SI’m seeing a $46 charge that is unexplained. There should not be any charges. Also the phone number listed is not a working number.
