This location is super convenient also since it is literally right across a service road from a new self service gas station which makes refueling on vehicle return a breeze.

Judith CMichelle, i think her name was at this location, was real friendly got us in and out in no time!! I would mos def go through this location again. I also rent a storage here and have had no complaints lol besides no bathroom on site, but I don't think storage places have them anyway lol.
Amanda HEven though it wasn't posted on Aug 14, the agent had gone to lunch. I did not see a lockbox or directions near it or I would have done that. So I waited. Once checked out, she gave me no help in finding a cab company. I sat outside in the heat and tried every company and because I had to wait 30 min for her to come back for lunch, I could not get a cab. So I had to start walking 2 miles to the train station. I'm just glad one of the cabs called me back and got me to the train with just 8 minutes to spare

Connie GI would recommend to someone who lived nearby. The location and Michelle who works there are the only reasons for the recommendation. I was in process of booking the unit I wanted on-line per the recommendations of the hold message when I called in. The truck I wanted was already confirmed available at the location near my home. I was just finishing up when a rep came on the line. She insisted on completing the booking. I thought she was booking for the truck and location I had selected. Instead, she booked me for a truck that was $10 more and .30 more per mile at a location that was 9 miles further from my home. Just another example of how Uhaul scams customers.

Oluremi FDon’t take the “not clean” as a bad thing it was just a little hair on the seat of the truck and some debris on the floors and bed. Quiet honestly the truck was fun to drive, I’ve wanted a truck for a long time and we just rented this to haul our kayaks to the water, made things so much easier. The lady at the office was very nice to work with also.

Anthony TI declined the CDW during my online reservation but somehow it was added back on. I was not informed of this I simply saw it on my emailed receipt after I returned the truck. For this reason I would likely not recommend this location to a friend.
Jeremiah FI would recommend this location for convenience only. The staff was not knowledgeable. At first, told me I had to order the 10 truck we requested. My mother had just passed away and we needed the truck to move her belongings out of her assisted care facility. It would have helped with knowledge and helpful staff.
