Michael RI had to contact customer service when returning the truck because the location was closed. The woman was very rude trying to tell me I needed to return the truck over 20 miles from where I was. I asked for a supervisor and she said no one was available. I asked who she’d call in an emergent situation and she said no one. She continued to be rude when she said she’d override the location. I asked how I’d be notified and she again was irritated answering by text. Once I said I received the text, she hung up on me without saying anything or asking if I needed help.

benjamin mThe only thing that I would suggest is that the enclosed portion of the truck be swept out before the next customer rents it out and that the interior cab be wiped with Clorox wipes. There were a few sticky spots in the cab and the box truck bed looked like it hadn't been swept by the previous customer before being rented out to us. However, the staff at this location are extraordinary!! I cannot even produce the words to describe how comfortable and welcome I felt there. The staff was incredibly thorough and even gave me helpful pamphlets to help assist me with my U-Haul if I were to run into any issues while driving, as well as to help with general user experience for people who do not normally drive large trucks (most of us renting these things). The staff member who assisted my partner and I also helped us bring the additional equipment I rented out to the truck, load it, and showed us minute details about the truck which was certainly helpful. This was only the second time that I rented a U-Haul but based on my first experience, as well as reviews from others in my personal life, Close Auto Sales certainly went above and beyond. They crushed it! That's another thing, too: I don't think they're even trying to; they genuinely care about their customers that much. Try them out! You won't be let down! :)

SEAN DPerhaps the next time you can get your logistics together and deliver as promised. In East Strousburg, PA - not 305 miles away in Grove City, PA. Without a doubt the worst experience that we've ever had. Will never ever use U-Haul again. The above locations were fine. It's just that your Area Traffic Offices had us running all over HELL to find our promised equipment. A really SAD commentary on how U-Haul conducts it's business these days.

JOHN MI was disappointed in one thing the small trucks do not have ramps!😡 I basically moved myself and had to leave behind some appliances.i had a Dolly from a friend and couldn't even use it! My mistake not checking to see if there was a ramp! Why not get ramps for the small U-Haul? Please consider adding a ramp or telling the customer that at the time of rental! Thànkyou for listening!
