They lost my rental order, waiting 1.5 hours just for someone to get there and even then she had to send her aunt to dispatch the truck to me. Pick up was 9:30 didn’t actually get it until 11.

Musad KI was charged 20.85 for a gas fee when I dropped my uhaul off at its location even though I returned it with the exact amount of fuel that was in it when I received it.
BRAYDAN HThere was no cleanup of the cab. There was a lot of loose candy from the person before me sitting around I had to clean out.
COREY JPicked up vehicle with 16 miles to empty...not 😎...I went thru some plate tolls in FL.. hoping to rectify this with U-Haul..let's see what happens with this..
christopher nGo back to having a full tank at pickup/return. We were charged because we put it back where it was at pickup but paperwork showed more. It's ridiculous picking up a truck and having enough gas to get to gas station. It's an inconvenience.
JOEY BI was told by a rep at this location I needed to call/go to the location I picked up from to receive a refund for a dolly charge that I did not get.
Edward WYou switched the pick up location on me at the last minute. The new location didn’t open at 8:30 I had to wait till 930. This setback my long days driving by 2 hours.
