Incredibly confusing drop off. I was also overcharged for gas as I refilled right before dropping off and put even more gas in the tank than what I picked up and was told I needed to refill at.

Miguel M.Okay to start from the beginning once we arrived at the store they had me go to a completely different set of the store then where the sign was. They were very unprofessional at the beginning she said oh I'm sorry I don't even think we have your truck I don't know if she was playing around or what but I did not take that funny at all. After that she had said that we do not accept cash or debit cards which once we got off the phone with U-Haul they told us it was fine to Global Cash. When she comes out sexy car and everything then give me the keys and we take off okay so we we got kind of f****** the situation we were moving out somewhere and at the last minute they told us not to go so we called U-Haul asked if we could you know do a change of the rental they said no we understood. Then we requested a day and then another day as we did that we were constantly asking about the price because we are on a fixed income at the moment being evicted we had to make sure we had cash. So we even have screenshots and everything them telling us it was going to be 2995 a day. So we got to we went ahead and got the extension on the U-Haul so we would be able to find a motel and a storage unit to take this too because we are not going to leave it at stores and just get our stuff thrown away. So then when we go back we find out they're trying to charge us 200 and something worth of fees because of us returning Italy. This is why we constantly asked the person on the phone that call from U-Haul if this was going to be the total price has he ensured us she ensured us that that would be all. And on top of that lady would have not let me know Eve unless I gave her collateral when she said collateral and I was like what am I buying drugs she was like no I just am a very trusting person and do not want to be put in a bad situation again. So when I said no she said well I'm going to have to take legal action and call the cops and your wife was was the one that rented it so they would be looking for her. Me I love my wife I don't want her to go to jail so of course I gave her my cell phone not knowing that she wasn't allowed to do that. I just want everybody to know Clark's on the boulevard the U-Haul rental / car wash laundromat so now because of all this we are nearly broke I have about maybe $15 left in my pocket thank you you how you been a great help f*** you by a dancer long alert

shannon E.It's in the back of a laundromat where you had to go meet the attendant in the front of the gas station because they have to multitask between rental returns, helping gas station cashier, and cleaning out trucks. Also Need better signs letting customers know the office is inside the laundromat. My Uber driver even asked "is it really inside the landromat?" Had to track down someone to help me at my appointment time As well. The employees were really great and friendly so that made me less frustrated it took 20 min to get assistance.

NICOLE E.You need a different person at check in. Unbeknownest to me on the form from my reservation, the address applies to a laundromat, a gas station with large convenience store and a restaurant. Trucks were outside on two different sides of the building. I had no idea where to check in for the truck. There are uhaul signs in multiple locations on the building which has these different businesses. I first went in the laundromat, didn't see anyone, then went in the gas station store, then walked around the trucks outside. I called the phone number on the reservation form, but was cut off by someone that answered the phone. When I called back, no one answered the phone. Luckily, someone walking outside told me to go back to the laundromat. A guy inside the laundromat directed me to a woman in an office who was sitting at her computer. She was not visible when you go into the laundromat. She told me I was late and almost lost the truck with a nasty attitude. I was at the correct address at 3:50pm (my reservation was for 4:00pm), walked around as I mentioned above for about 15 minutes, so she considered me about 5 minutes late and ridiculed me for this. She gave me the key, but didn't tell me where the car was, didn't give me any paperwork, so I did not have the license plate. Recall the trucks are in 2 different sides of this building. Eventually I found the truck that the key unlocked. It was about the 6th truck I tried the key in. Are you kidding me? My 95 year old mom is now hospitalized and I went to her house in Palm Desert to get stuff for her and I have this encounter. I would never rent or do business with anyone at this address. I would try to rent a truck from any other company if possible.
kurt O.Office is in a laundromat with a tiny UHaul sign on the side of the building...office was closed and the telephone # in pencil on a scrap of paper taped to the window was no longer in service. Other note says to go around to the gas station on the other side of the building...It took 20 minutes to get someone to the laundromat. Old computer and slow as snail...truck was under a tree and bird shit and pine needles and dirt covered windows and mirrors...I pulled it over to the gas pumps and cleaned all surfaces.

Jon O.Returned truck with 1/4 tank as directed. Clerk was "too busy" to verify fuel. I provided photo of fuel gauge with my phone, clerk agreed, tank was 1/4 full. Clerk would not give me receipt, again "too busy" and would only email. When email receipt received, it was noted tank was 1/8 full and I was charged the $43.50 which should have been a credit. Very disappointed with service.
