Mason MMy comments about the experience are not specifically applicable to this pick up location. We had a rough experience with Uhaul and are in process of dispute resolution regarding overage mileage charges.
Jenny SI paid for an extra day, thinking I need it longer and you would be better informed than me just keeping it longer, but I did not need it. Your policy does not allow for refunding for miscalculated timing. This is not a good policy and it leaves a vey bad impression in the customer's attitude and thoughts and thus poor rating.

Kim PThere’s something wrong with that truck. It wouldn’t start every time it took an hour and a half on Saturday and Sunday it took an hour and fifteen minutes so that made me late taking it back. I’m not impressed with U-Haul!!!!

Charmonta AAfter 2 months of working with another moving company they dropped us on pick up day. After a bit of panic I drove straight to a U-Haul location. After telling my story the 3 employees sprang to action and helped me get connected to a representative who managed to find us a cross country truck and car hauler! I could not be happier! Well done U-Haul. You saved the day.
James NThe inside of the vehicle was filthy and the truck was so out of alignment that I had to keep it under 55 mph.

Jackie BCity trailers was very nice and accommodating. But I had a bad experience with U-Haul. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance of me needing it. The place I reserved was closed down. I called the 800 number to let them know and they told me they will call me back Thursday or Friday before I needed it. No call. I called Friday evening only to be told we don’t have a truck within 50 miles of you and they canceled my reservation. So I called around looking for a truck and could not find one. I called back to the 800 number and told the rep, y’all canceled my reservation but I need a truck. And then she told me about city trailers was going to have one at 12. The people were late turning it in so the guy called him and told him I was waiting. This was after I had drove an hour to get this truck.. Still didn’t up getting the truck for another 2-3 hours because U-Haul system went down. The guy kept trying it. Times have really changed this has never been my experience with U-Haul until now. I’m very upset about this. For the amount I paid I feel like I should have had a better experience. Please don’t call me offering me a free or discount on storage . I DON’T NEED IT.

GREGORY AIt was raining. The truck was parked almost 2 football fields from the check-in. I asked for a ride because it was raining they shook their head no. One service technician went looking for an umbrella when he didn't find one he said come on. Now I am a customer and 62 years old at that. I deserve to be treated with respect.

TAMIKA TYour location at Tiger Fuel Mart on Highland Road in Baton Rouge LA. Is very much rude and although I was on the phone in the parking lot looking at multiple vehicle towing trailer and dolls was told they had none... I understand reserved but passing location today I saw the same dollys and trailers that tells me they weren't reserved when I needed the rental.....such a jerk

ANGELA DProcess of renting, picking up, and returning trailer was easy. Easy to contact store via phone for questions. If the trailer was better maintained, this would have been 5 stars. Condition of trailer was less than poor. Two small nails in left rear tire Tire was low when we checked it before loading. Aired it up and it held air for the trip. 3 of 4 tail lights don't work (only the top right works).
LORRIE RLocation did not have the appliance dolly and furniture dolly I reserved. Took a while for them to figure out how to issue a refund. Didn't attempt to find the dollies at another location.
