The trailer was in terrible condition. The paint was faded so bad it looked like it had been used for 20 years. The inside was dirty and stinky.

Then its 3 or 4 phone calls and the run around to get our money back! Im furious!!! IF we get our money back I will amend this review, otherwise renter BEWARE!!!!! Also theres no place to return things safely (like car dollys) when they arent o0en. Anyone could drive in, hitch up and take what we rented and then we'd really be screwed!
Michael M.Get rid of the app. I had a 730 pick up for a 2 day rental this was before the location opened. The app was such a pain it would not show the driver's license loaded in my end. Had to push the pick up to 0900 then once at store the DL was there all along. Lost 2 hours of use. Ended up dropping off early to avoid app use also. Total time 0900 Friday to 1300 sat. Still charged 2 days. Also charged for off hours pickup/delivery when in fact I had to do this during hours account useless app

phil S.**Major issue was the trucks suspension. It was really jerky & rough. It was dangerous. I had to drive slow due to a dangerous feel of the ride. As a result, I could not return truck in time, resulting in an extra day charge. That truck is not safe & I alerted the gentleman at drop off location in Trinidad (Chapman storage) *He was also very helpful and on top of things. I am requesting a return of my $65 charge for being late as a result of a faulty & dangerous ride. I'm not kidding, there is a major issue with it. It could cause harm & will if not attended to.
