Ron’s U-Haul was very helpful.
SCOTT CThe drop off was painful. Was supposed to be in Delta, then got switched to Montrose. After calling I was told if I brought it earlier I could drop in Delta. No one was there to revive it. Started off for Montrose, only to receive a call to go to another location in Montrose as there wouldn’t be anyone there. I was finally able to return it at the third location, 3+ hours later. Not happy on the return end!! The gal at the third location was very helpful.

Stephen BThe signage and where to go to actually pick up the truck was not clear. During business hours, this place had the door to the building locked. They came to the door and told us that it was actually around the corner. Once again, a different business had the corner lot you had to either walk behind that building to get to the lot with the trucks, or drive out and around through the stop light to get into the parking lot. The directions for where to put the lock were all the way back to the front of the actual business building.

David GI dropped it off on Sunday. I used the key drop box. The address is 660 Hillcrest. The address that was on my contract was 605 I recommend calling to verify. Very nice 25' foot truck no issues. The car trailer running lights didn't work. Blinkers, breaks ok.
