Justin SLocation where I initially reserved had no one to hook up & sent me here. Driver side light on tow dolly didn't work. I didn't trust the generic auto parts store adapter and I was behind schedule from having to go to a different location so I accepted it. I should have realized that the tail light wire on the 4-flat connector is 1 wire for both lights so it couldn't be my wiring if one side worked.

CAMMIE C | Overall ExperienceThe vehicle was not at the location I selected. I received a text with a different pick up location. Went to that location and the vehicle was not there. Was directed to a third location, which caused to have to backtrack about 15 miles. Wasted an hour of our time.

NATHAN R24/7 was utter crap. Thankfully the location owner lives on site and saw me trying to call Uhaul customer service to no avail. Customer service told me that 24/7 service wasn’t working because I was late, despite the fact that I was 15 minutes early.
dan WThe Air conditioning was ver spotty. When the truck was loaded and climbing a hill the air conditioning would stop working. Once on the down hill or on flat ground the air conditioning would resume working. Halfway through my trip the air conditioning stopped working all together.

DAVID UBillie at Catch-All was an absolute delight. I was a bit frustrated about a change in pickup location, and she was so helpful and understanding. I’m sure she deals with frustration a lot, as moving is extremely stressful, and she treated me with such kindness without even the slightest indication that I was just another customer with another frustration. She’s wonderful and, in retrospect, I’m glad my pickup location was changed!

humberto mMade reservation in Aztec minutes from where I needed the truck but owner made no effort to get truck to that location warning me I would get a call of another location to pick up truck which would require driving truck and being charged for 24 inconvenience miles for an out of the way location.

His location was closed but still managed to help me find a 10 feet truck n gave me information about the 24/7 pickup service. Thank you so much Dale you're awesome!

frank mI rented a dolly, and one of my straps broke I had tu purchase new straps, then I had a tire blow out wich I had to buy my self, in the middle of no where no phone service to call uhaul. I had no time so I drove to the nearest tire shop amd bought one my self
