Thomas DornI ordered a dolly as well as a square furniture mover and when I reached the location all they had was a dolly. I was still able to move easily and they didnt charge me for the furniture mover but it would've been nice to have all the things I wanted upon arrival.

The only suggestion I have is that you absolutely require each customer to leave the van completely filled with gas. Then we don’t have to try to get it exactly to the same spot as the last person. Gas is too pricey these days for us to be doing that.
Karen BaymanI don't exactly blame the location for the problem as I blame the whole experience. I waited an entire hour to get the keys for the van I placed a reservation for well in advanced giving my credit card online, to the lady, and over the phone and still had issues. After waiting all that time all I got was a $5 credit so an hour of my time is worth $5 to uhaul i find that ridiculous especially since it took less time to use the truck and move what I needed to than it did to get the keys.
Nicholas GreenI could not check in my van electronically last night, even though I changed my app to allow GeoLocation. I’d like to resolve this issue. I have pictures if my dashboard showing the gas, odometer, and time it was returned.

Carson RussellThere were creepy people around this location so I would probably have them pick up somewhere else. I would totally recommend Uhaul because you have been awesome but I wouldn't recommend this location. I also noticed that once you drive into the storage center you cannot leave the storage center without a storage code, which I didn't have because I don't have a storage unit. So it was really challenging to bring it back because the gate was automatic but its not automatic to exit. So it was just a strange location. Other than this Uhaul was very helpful when I called over the phone and I was blown away with their customer service.

Aura MontillaYour requirement to telephone a friend or family member to confirm identity is outrageous. If I did not need the van immediately, I would have cancelled my rental. Find another way to verify customer identity and inform customers of your policy PRIOR to their picking up the vehicle. (The van was not very well cleaned.)

Rhonda OverstreetFAILED to be informed about the gas policy (if it’s returned with less gas than what was originally in it a $15 charge is applied). The tank was full when we received the cargo van and we only used a quarter of a tank I would have filled it back up with ($6) instead of being charged $15. She even admitted she failed to inform us.
