Excellent customer service at Postal Annex. Jade helped me with mobile pickup of a U-Haul van I needed for moving.? She was very friendly and gave me a lot of information. Postal Annex is where I get my Amazon orders delivered. Their location is very accessible and convenient with lots of parking available . I would use Postal Annex regularly now.

The owner of the postal annex who helped us was wonderful. U-haul tried to over charge me but she advocated for me and ensured I was happy.

Fast transaction. Gave the keys to the person, she told me that they take care of the rest. Takes longer, understandable they are busy coz they are a shipping store also. But i didn’t worry because i returned the truck same way what was given to me and no damages to truck.

I'm going to dispute a damage claim. I did not damage the cargo van and believe this is a fraudulent claim to make money. The cargo van was beat up when I received it and I didn't not get a walk through with the personnel nor did I get a walkthrough afterwards or a phone call. We'll make every attempt to dispute. The report states no information that I'm aware of or was consulted on.

Horrible experience at this location. They have charged me extra for not folding the blankets and they have. Not mentioned me any extra charges too. This location is horrible.

Have more signage available in the large parking lot which is shared by the POStal Annex store. It wasn't clear where I needed to park the uHaul truck, and it turns out there's a parking lot in the back, but I had to come into the store to ask about it.

Prices aren’t upfront and should be explained, drop off after hours is $20 but it’s actually “free mobile drop off”

They made me park in the back with almost no parking available. I had to drive around and wait till a spot opened up. the employees acted as if they were inconvenienced by me returning my truck. I asked for a reciept and they said it would be emailed and as of today i am still waiting on the email reciept. No one ever looked at the vehicle as i told them all the equipment was in the rear of the truck. Just not a very professional approach and was not a great experience.

Upon returning do you haul, there is no key drop location. I spent 30 minutes looking all over circling the entire building. I then called U-Haul and they were no help. They told me to keep the key and do the return in the morning but I had already processed the return on my phone so now I’m left with the responsibility of a U-Haul key when I already processed a return and technically I’m no longer responsible. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Staff at the postal annex location were really kind. Both the man and the woman on staff for today 4/28 between 3pm-7pm.
