Donald MLocation was great, however the level above of the organization was atrocious. I will think twice next time I want to rent from Uhaul in general. Nothing against the actual location who was not at fault for the mistakes made and wrong charges.
Emma MWas unable to complete the turn in process on my phone. Said my location service needed to be turned on. It was on and set to “ allow”. Had to call the location next morning and they took care of everything.

ALAN CI rented the truck to pick up a washer and dryer set I had purchased in Talladega. I selected an appliance dolly on my reservation, but when I got there, they had no dollies. I checked with 2 other Uhaul places near by, and they didn't have one either. It would be great if the reservation platform would let you know if NO equipment was available at the time of your rental. No fault of Carden's. She is ALWAYS very courteous and professional.

Frank DTruck had small plastic pieces in back. I was told to sweep out when I brought back but was not clean before hand. Also truck I was getting from changed location on me made me go extra 56 miles that I would have not had to go. Made my experience inconvenient altogether!!!!!!

Brandy BShow customer know what they are getting for there money I went in to rent a uhaul I give them my information and my debit card I came in on a Saturday at 9:00 and returned it at 12:15 ,the same day they not show it to me it was not clean and it was shaking when you get to 30 mile and hour and it was old I was not let no one drive it on the road Because it is not safe to drive on the road

Marty WWe were told to be there at 1230 and the place was closed for lunch from 1230 to 130. When they opened up the man said we would have to wait longer because his wife did all the rental stuff. This was all after trying to pick up our truck in Alexander City at a store 1/2 mile from our house., Got to that location and no one was there. Call the 2 numbers on the wall and the mail boxes were full. Called the 800 number and they sent us 30 miles away to get a truck. We were 2 1/2 hours late getting started and had to pay the men we hired to load our truck during that wait. It cost us 300 dollars. Really poor customer service.

Matthew LLocation was absolutely great. Only issue was I was told the tank was full and I only went 12 miles total. I added one gallon of gas to cover the mileage I used and was still charged an additional 2 gallons because it wasn’t exactly on full on return. I should have brought this to their attention before I left the facility. But they said I would have to deal with uhaul directly.

James WThe trailer would not back up it jacknjfed a couple of times,and we couldn't get the vehicle on the trailer until this afternoon and it caused us to be late by 1hour and we were charged for another day. I called U-Haul and the lady that answered told me that I didn't have to pay for another day,but Cardenas made me pay anyway,I feel I should only have paid a few extra dollars not $54:36.
Dairold WCarden Gift Shop personnel were excellent. The U-Haul experience needs to be improved. I expect when I reserve a vehicle in one city that the vehicle would actually be there, and the reservation not moved to another city. Our reservation was bumped to 4 different locations on the day before our reservation. We did not need these added stress level. Otherwise, everything else went well with the experience.

Kenneth JI dropped he vehicle off after hours, so I did not interact with employees. The location was accessible and I parked the truck easily. The lot's lighting was fair- could have been better but not bad. My only complaint is that the key drop off box took a minute to find. I went to the front of the building where the key access boxes were, and also the most well-lit area. The key drop off was actually at another door, tucked back into a corner behind a dumpster. It just seemed a little confusing why it would be located there. If the box needs to stay there, at least put a sign on the main entrance that the drop box is around back.
Gerald NThis truck was driven a total of 130 miles. $50.00 gas was put back in @ $3.71 per gallon before turning in. I agree it was a bit short, but I was charged 13 extra gallons @ $5.50 per gal. So it took $120.00 to drive a total of 130 miles? $5.50 per gal?!!! Won’t be using you again.

Phillip CThey rent a lot of U-Haul equipment, so reserve early. I did not do that, and so I feel very luck they had my equipment there unreserved.
