Rebecca YoungThis is the 2nd time that I have dropped rented equipment off at this site and do not prefer the location. There was not an employee available or even around to check the equipment back in. Since I had pulled a requested trailer down for U-Haul I wanted to make sure someone knew it had arrived as requested. I waited around for a period of time but to no avail for someone to show up. I called the corporate office in AZ and sent them pictures to verify the drop off. Someone from the drop off location did call me back 4 hours later to say the truck had been checked in.

Tim RoofI couldn’t find the location with Google maps. I verified the address from my contract. It led me to a dirt road to turn on in a rural area. The customer was closed at 3:30 pm. on a Monday.That location was 30 miles from my home. So I drove out of my way by 60 miles. I took the truck to another location. It was closed also at 3:30 pm on a Monday!?!

Maryann MoscaThe 6 x 12 trailers do not have manual lift, so once connected to your vehicle it stays till empty. I installed a temporary lift to avoid the problem, just be aware.

Michael RennaNo one was at the location when I arrived. You had to call a number on the door and then wait 30 minutes along with another couple getting a trailer for the guy to show up. Then stand around another 20 minutes while the first couple filled out the application. What a waste of the first hour.

Stewart HobbsWas contacted by phone stated this was drop off site for my rental. Was told need to get there by 5:00 pm otherwise knock on door employee would be there until 5:30 to help with truck return. Arrived before 5:00 office closed no employee answered our knock on door. Card telling you to call Tony for add’l info. Tony said didn’t understand why we were told 5:00 pm to return truck because that site closed at 1:00 pm each and every Saturday. Nightmare experience. Of course matters not listed which contributed to my dislike of this dysfunctional company not enumerated. National/international company should be run under uniform umbrella instead of manner in which each site sets their own rules/regulations eg one company opens at 7:00 am next uhaul site may not open until 10:00 am. Don’t seem to honor customer’s request for pick up time Crazy locations may be open but close at their option. Uhaul management should have one standard set of regulations that each site adheres to. With current tech capabilities Uhaul lacks up to date implementation of standard system. Hire someone to streamline your system
