Jose R | Overall ExperienceMy Mover left the unit immaculate and has photos. The Manager charged my credit card $100 because three small wooden pallets were left at end of bldg near dumpster. The Manager sent me an email, shortly after my Mover left, and said there was trash left and I was being charged $100. I immediately called him to say we would be back to dispose of pallets. He was indignant and said I was closed out of system and being charged. He then threatened me and said he would call police because I left trash all over. He's a nasty miserable man with no customer service qualities. I will never recommend this facility to anyone.
