Location was conveniently located to me but on a rather cramped lot. Truck key wasn't in the prescribed lockbox upon pickup. Had to wait half an hour for an attendant to both provide that and clean up remnants of the previous renters use. Truck worked fine after that

Melanie WilsonThese comments have nothing to do with this location. It was OK. I had reserved my Auto Transport at the Commerce Drive location in Maumelle AR because my SUV was stored there. My son and I were just finishing up a 10 day driving vacation in my old classic car and requested the Commerce location for the trailer pickup. On the morning of the pickup, the location was changed to CES (12 miles away) so I called Commerce location and asked that my rental be reset to that PU location if they had trailers. He said they did not at the moment so I asked if they did get a trailer, to change my reservation. I received no calls throughout my 6 hour drive that day so arrived at Commerce to find 2 trailers sitting there. Great! Except the attendant said that he could not change the reservations because they were reserved by someone else today. WHAT??? The other customers did not have the same situation as I did with my 14 year old son so I tried to call UHAUL directly and after 20 mins of hold time, was hung up on during the transfer. SO I spent an extra 1 hour to drive to CES in my truck, load the trailer, and drive back to Maumelle. VERY poor. Give your employees more discretion to take care of your best customers. Look at my order history...I have to be in the top 5% for UHaul. Thanks.

Steven WaddellPickup and return was a mess. Someone working on their car in front of the door. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to come hookup the trailer. Had to wait again to return item. Received an email that trailer had not been returned at time promised, but I had returned it. When I called, I was told that, “She hasn’t checked it in yet.” But would get around to doing it.

Terrance MarshallGive the location better support. Fix their equipment so they can actually rent things. Renting from Uhaul was the worst experience I’ve had. I will not do business with them again. They will overbook and send you to locations that do not have the equipment that you reserved 4 days prior. They do not care about the customer since they clearly need the rental that day. They just care about getting money.

Stating that it wasn't the agreed return location. I explained that my son put the wrong location but there was no leeway or consideration for our situation. I live in jonesboro and my son lives in Little Rock. this was a big inconvenience for me. The policy that they used should be changed

Sergio BarronWaited more than 30 minutes to get the keys AFTER I had been charged for the U-Haul truck. No one was at the Pick up location, no one answered calls. Truck had trash and old gloves in it. Totally unprofessional and hopefully won’t have to use U-Haul service again.
