Very courteous staff members, clean equipment, centrally located in Longmont. Will definitely come back for my second half of my move in a few weeks.

The guy didnt even check the mileage or empty the blankets from the back or ANYTHING until AFTER I arrived and was there to pick up the truck. I was charged for the time that he handed me the keys NOT for the reservation time. I was charged an extra day for a new policy that apparently has been in place for “month and months” as the rep told me. I was also charged from some road safety program???? As well as a convenience fee??? Convenience for renting a uhaul … from uhaul??? What the heck is going on with this place? Yall changed in a negative way. Next time I’ll go to home depot to rent a truck or van. I know I am no one and I am one tiny nothing to this company but the economy is SO BAD and it is situations like this that is killing faith in humanity and hope for a better tomorrow.

Rob MThe 15 foot box truck had oil all over the floor in the rear. As I climbed into the box, I nearly slipped and fell because there was a layer of oil covering the entire floor. I spread sawdust to absorb it so that I could execute the move for which I rented the truck. I called Magnum 66 and spoke to someone who indicated they would provide some consideration for my trouble. I’m awaiting some kind of resolution in that regard.

William SWhen I rented the U-Haul the guy never came out to the truck with me to check anything not the mileage or the gas. He just said you want me to email you the contract and I said fine. Then when I came back and brought the truck with more gas in it than it had when I left he charge me $50 and said that if it had less gas I should have told him. When he never said anything about how much gas was in it. Or gave me any paperwork. He did shoot me an email but he never walked to the truck not when I picked it up or when I dropped it off. I tried to call and he was totally rude. I am disputing the charges with my credit card as soon as they post to my account

CRAIG AYour online reservation system allowed me to reserve a furniture dolly but this location did not have this equipment available. Very disappointing that I discovered this at the time I am picking up my equipment. This forced me to spend significant time renting a furniture dolly at a different location. Why allow me to reserve equipment at a location that does not have equipment available?

Crystal SThe people at this location were friendly and helpful. I rented a van through the "U-Haul Truck Share 24/7" the same day for a quick move for a college apartment. The van was clean with a full tank of gas, and I was able to easily extend my rental time online when we needed an extra hour or so. Pros for the van: It had plenty of room for a twin bed/mattress/lots of boxes/bags/bookshelves, boards to tie stuff to the sides of the van. You can see out through the back window if the van isn't full. It was nice having access to the back of the van through side doors in addition to the rear doors. The only con: The seat seemed quite high compared to the steering wheel so it was a little hard on my back. Not really an issue if you are just moving across town. The hour drives I made were a bit rough, so I would avoid longer drives with it. Overall, great experience and just what we needed. Thanks!!

Rex HThe experience to both pick up and drop off my vehicle was long and tedious, and much of it could have been done prior to getting there. The van smelled horribly like vomit, and the experience of picking up and dropping off the key was unclear and not accurate to the instructions.

Sarah MMy experience with a renting a cargo van from Magnum66 Auto Sales was excellent. Daniel made my rental pick up and return very easy, especially when my plans changed...twice! My reservation was originally set for a Thursday, but severe weather forced me to call and reschedule 15 minutes prior to pick up time. On my return, another delay caused me to run behind in turning in the rental. Daniel was very understanding, flexible, and helpful--rolling with my crazy schedule at every turn. Needless to say, moving is stressful, but Daniel made it a breeze.
CLAIRE Q- Daniel and his crew go out of their way to provide positive customer service. I would absolutely use this location again in the future.
