The gentleman was very polite, nice, and very helpful. He answered all the questions I asked....meaning he knew all the information I needed. Even went and pulled the truck around for us.

Chad BHonestly, I don’t believe that customer should be allowed to smoke in your vehicles. I Think you guys should come up with the system to wear you charge for that type of cleaning to get the smoke smell out after someone returns the U-Haul. it’s not fair for non-smoking customers or have smoking trucks at non-smoking trucks., but other than that, that’s my opinion on how you can improve your services.Thank you

CHRISTINE JVehicle needed to be jumped at pick up and twice during the rental. Most other locations have vehicles with back up cameras and such. This location vehicle was old not properly maintained

Dolores TTruck was on empty, dirty windshield, mechanical issues and bald tires. Air conditioning went out before we drove the first 200 miles then had a blowout. Truck needs all four rear tires replaced but U-Haul only replaced two had to add air to other tire that kept loosing air. Total nightmare of an experience very stressful trip in old junky truck with 1/4 Million miles on it.

I had to drive an additional 50 miles or so to pick up my rental because the the original location didn’t receive my rental in time.. which means you didn’t really have that equipment in place when it was reserved. Did I receive any kind of discount for this no which I believe is really f up service!!
