I actually drove from Somerset, Ky....to Mr. Brown's location in Russell Springs because the U-Haul vendors in Somerset are terrible. Mr. Brown gives the very BEST customer service like NO other! I would recommend that Mr. Brown be cloned (used as the perfect example) for ALL of your U-Haul outlets. The vendors in Somerset, Ky...are rude and unprofessional. Mr. Brown is the cut above...he treats all customers like they want to be treated. IF Mr. Brown ever retires, or quits...than I will also retire too! Nobody can ever replace this good man !!! Brian GI had a blown fuse to my trailer lights hook-up and didn't realize it until we did a pre-trip inspection after hooking up the trailer. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and able to get it fixed, he had a 10-amp fuse that my truck needed, after replacing the fuse everything else was fine and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

SCOTT HCheck engine light was on. Tire on right front tire was bald from misalignment. Trucks steering wheel was steered off to the right because of misalignment. Truck smelled like cigarettes. Worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had

JIM EI experienced a problem loading my Nissan car when the front of the rail damaged my vehicle bumper. I had purchased the insurance and was treated like I was stupid when the insurance company representative called me. Not so happy renter!!!!!!

Kimberly YThe website for this location proclaims it closes at 4 i originally tried to get a truck friday the gentleman was kind enough to explain there was additional fees the website doesn't show so i told him i would be back with more money he said he would leave at 3:30 when i pulled up at 3:19 from coming back from the bank. I was very upset about this, it was very unprofessional

Dave JOnly issue was a tire exploded on the car trailer going across the Mississippi on I40. The roadside assistance was quite good, a new tire was put on and we continued on the trip.

Lana oMy trip from Texas to Kentucky was excellent. When I went to re rent the trailer again from Kentucky to Georgia a uhaul rep moved the trailer from where I originally rented it to 35 miles away. I spent extra time and miles to finally get it. Then the payment portal was down which forced me to pay in cash with a 75 dollar deposit. The return in Georgia went good. Overall the experience was ok other then the extra time and money spent in Kentucky. I feel that if I reserve something to rent then I should not have to fork over any extra money or time because uhaul could not follow through with their promise.

Lana LI have a 20 foot truck and a car trailer, after 2,000 miles getting back into my car was important. Larry allowed me to turn in the trailer and secured the truck until it's time to unload it.. Very very helpful, now I must relearn how to drive my car! haha Thanks Larry
