Once again, my review and comments are not a reflection of the actual dealer where I dropped off but of UHAUL itself. If being abused by UHAUL during the pick up was not enough, when I went to drop off mid afternoon at the the location that I had BOOKED to drop off at, I was told they had no record of me and that I was clearly dropping off at the wrong location. They could not get onto the company website through their phone to sort things out so they had to call and I stood there while they were on hold for 20 minutes (more waste of my time). When they got through I was told that I was supposed to drop off in ANOTHER CITY because I was sent a text to drop off somewhere else that I DID NOT BOOK for drop off. I discovered after arriving at the booked drop off location that this text did in fact come through but it came through at a time while I was actually driving to drop off location that I booked. This is absolutely ludicrous! The place that they then wanted me to drive to was in a totally different city that was well out of the way in the opposite direction and would have taken me an extra hour of my time, more fuel costs and kilometers added to my bill. Once again I was being extorted by UHAUL to drop off your equipment at a different location (at my expense) because UHAUL wanted it relocated to a different place than I had booked. I am NOT A UHAUL EMPLOYEE! If you want your equipment relocated somewhere then YOU DO IT AND YOU PAY FOR IT. Once again the staff at the drop off location were very nice and helpful and tried hard to sort this out for me. I appreciated this a lot. It is not their fault, but my experience with UHAUL has been absolutely horrific. I still do not have a finalized bill of what I was charged for some reason and as far as I know I never received the mileage credit I was promised by Uhaul staff for having to drive extra distance to relocate your truck. What a joke your company is!

The truck was dirty and I feel as if I was ripped off as I returned the truck where I got it then I was charged $ 60.00 for mileage because that is classed as in town use, what a rip off. I you were up front I would have dropped the rental in a different town. This makes no sense to me. Thanks U Haul.

Scott OI dropped off well before the location was open but they told UHaul I dropped off at 8:45, so I was charged an extra day of renting. Thankfully it was refunded after I spoke to customer service. There was no other UHaul in the lot so I wasn't certain where to leave the trailer. Otherwise it was fine.
