David WhiteWhen I signed up online for a truck, the size I needed was not listed as being available in my hometown so I decided to drive an hour to get one. The manager of my hometown U-Haul facility called, however, and had what I needed. He was kind, helpful, and had the truck ready when I arrived. The equipment was in great shape and the truck ran perfectly.

THEIFS is what they are,, I got charged to go Pick up and drop off the truck becuase U-HAUL didnt have the truck at my LOCAtion, Then they short changed the Number of Miles between My Original Pickup and Drop Off Destination, End up charging 10% More... NEVER NEVER NEVER will I ever use U-Haul again... NOT Like you would Ever use u-Haul

CANDACE HARDINThe Uhaul had a faulty lightning wire. The guy claimed it couldn’t be the wire/cord and had to be my car. If I didn’t stay persistent I wouldn’t have been able to move. All he had to do was swap the wire/cord.

James PoulsenDo not charge a "convenience fee" for those who do not use their 'mobile device' to check in their rental. I do not HAVE a mobile device. I have an old flip phone that does not have internet access. It was actually impossible for me to check the truck in when I dropped it off, so for me, that $20.00 'convenience fee' is outright extortion.

Samantha MeyerMobile check in was a shit show. Our truck did not have the dolly we requested so we had to lift a whole Restuarant full of tables and booths by hand. Very Inconvenient and took way longer than expected. The man we informed during returning the uhaul did not seem to care that the dolly was not there.

Lawrence SchniderAs I had mentioned this guy cleaned up the entire mess that was made by the Tekamah Nebraska pick up site. He was shocked also that the key wasn’t in a locked box and the truck was just chillin with the key in it. We spent over an hour at this site for him to fix everything. Our whole trip was delayed by two days and I was suppose to report to work Monday at 8 am in Colorado. We had to push our limits. I fell ill and my bf is disabled. I had to take time off work from my brand néw job just so we could get it unloaded and returned. It also took us extra long to get across Nebraska because of the tire situation on the trailer. I would rate my overall uhaul experience as a 2. I will not recommend them and I will probably never use them again.
Buddy hughesThis location fixed all the previous mistakes made by our previous pick up location. We had quite to experience before him and I just kept being told “ well this is unusual” “this hasn’t happen before” The scheduling department was rude. I understand you guys are slammed but a little courtesy goes a long way.
BUDDY HUGHESUnhappy customer. I had reserved a 15 foot truck weeks ahead of time only to find out that no trucks of any kind were available for that day. I had to drive additional 40 plus miles to get a truck. And I had to settle for a 10 foot truck. I dropped the truck off at the prearranged location and was charged the additional mileage to do so. I don’t think that is fair considering the fact that the person who checked the truck at the drop-off told me I would not be charged additional mileage when I inquired about this issue.

DUANE SPROUSENo one was there. Had to call customer service number only to be put on hold for twenty minutes. Fixed pick up location guys mistakes (no destination listed for drop off even though it was on original contract) tried to return online again but kept receiving error messages. Guy finally arrived to location said "oh well"... I will never use U-haul again

SONIA JONESTell the customer right away , before they rent the U-Haul that it is for two days. Additional days are extra. I could have picked it up a day latter and saved some money.
Donald RoethlerThe mobile process could be smooth and painless if the details regarding the truck condition were accurate and ALL necessary driver data was all collected in advance. Unfortunately that was not the case so I spent 25 min in the parking lot on the website taking pictures and inputting / correcting data. Truck was dirty on the outside and muddy in the cab. Pics / documentation of truck condition need need to be accurate. Do not round up on gas gauge measurement and document all damage so I don’t have to correct it.
