I'll be using the drop off location- Griffin and Son, in Warrensberg for auto inspections when we establish residency as well. Good people... I have to tell you, I was so impressed with the whole transaction I've been telling everybody. The truck itself was a pleasure to drive, had plenty of power, and put me at ease to enjoy the trip. You guys helped reduce stress. I could have driven that truck to California if I had to. A VERY good vehicle for the task... THANK YOU! GO U-HAUL you guys know your business...

mike eDon't use the pick up location the man should have been fired. When the hours are posted and they are not open to assist the least they can do is their job.
Vincent NI got a flat tire on the trailer that I rented and when I contacted Bob Griffin and sons they could not be bothered to help me. Thankfully roadside assistance was great but took two hours to get to me.

Check out Bob Griffin & Sons, and sometimes there is also a tent with a lot of very well priced tools in the same parking lot as the equipment/U-haul trucks if you are a little early for your scheduled appointment.

THOMASMICHAEL AEmailing the customer literally last minute the last minute telling them the pick up location has changed is not very professional - and it was completely out of our way. No where near our original pick up location. Then when picking up, they had two rentals for us . We only booked one.

RANDYSTAFFORD JWe dropped the truck off after 5 PM on a Sunday. It was closed, as expected.
KENNETH Lthere is no jack on the trailer so it must be lifted on and off the hitch. this can be hard to do for some people.

Thomas CAttempted to do a return trip to Griffin’s in Warrensburg, less than 1 mile from my house. Griffin set it as requested. Got a call from U-Haul Albany on Monday saying I could not do that and had to pickup and drop off in Hudson Falls, 30 miles out of my way. Talked to U-Haul on Tuesday and they set it up as a one trip from Warrensburg to Queensbury at $115 per day vice $19.95. When picking up the vehicle on Friday I had to call U-Haul Albany to set the trip up as I initially requested.
THOMASMICHAEL DRob is always helpful when I drop off a trailer. I have yet to rent a trailer from Rob because he is actually close to the destination of my trips. I haven't had a need to move items in the other direction but I expect he would be just as helpful if I did rent through him.
