The interior was totally filthy like it was never clean. Never rented from U-Haul with these kind of issues and have rented several times during the years. Wife had to throw a towel to even sit in the passenger seat.

Joe FYour computer system. U-haul double billed me and the location couldn’t fix it, so they overcharged me and told me I had to call U-haul to get my refund. So close to two hours to get issue resolved. I think U-haul should have done more for me because of this.

Mike RHelp Was very rude. She kept putting in the wrong zip code for our credit card so it was denied about 6 times. When my wife told her she was doing it wrong she told her to get out of the store. I told her that our truck had an engine warning light on when I started it up and she said it was not her problem, call Uhaul service. Truck was extremely dirty the worst experience I have had. I would have denied the truck but I had no choice as our home had sold and we had to move.
