This was the best Uhaul rental service I’ve ever used. The phone call to reserve my Uhaul was literally only 5 minutes if that! They made it so easy to pick up and drop off. They are smaller so I feel like they were more personable and nice! I would recommend to anyone.

jake cI had some issues getting a Geolock using the app. If this happens do not go crazy trying to solve it on the phone. The problem was solved by calling the 1-800 # to check in, and take a photo of the truck in its parked position. The photo does have a geo location and time stamp on it. While I figured it out to call the 1-800 #, on my own, just make sure customers have this information upon checking out the tuck.
Bruce RThe only. Problem I had was the price quoted over the phone to reserve my truck was 60$ less than I had to pay at Blue Angell Storage. I told the guy about iitt and he made no effort to rectify the situation... he, just shrugged his shoulders like do you want the truck or not!!! I had no choice...needed the truck... so I paid the extra 60$ the price quoted was 166$ + tax ÷ 5$ fee the charge was 248$... A refund oof the overcharge would. Be appreciated

Alton CI would suggest letting a person know that they have to take pictures ahead of time for drop.off. We had already put the key in the Dropbox and didn't realize these pictures were needed but lucky for us we had already taken one of the interior mileage pic. To do the ones on the outside wasn't a problem except for the inside was already locked so I had to do the regular interior pic from the side window and take it from outside because we didn't know we were going to be needing to do that until I was ready finish it online. We just didn't realize pics were needed for online return info.

Lynda BI would recommend swapping out the wiper blades on the truck. I could barely see when it started raining and the rear tires on the trailer that I had was very low. I had to inflate the tires and maybe get an alignment done. The steering wheel was talk to the left the whole time going straight. Everything else worked flawlessly overall good experience.

I would recommend uhaul over any other rental and supply place. The boxes and tape are less expensive than Home Depot or Lowe’s so why would any one go any where else.
