Michael WI would highly recommend this location. The people there were very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions regarding my rental. Pick up was an absolute breeze and so was the drop off. I ended up using less mileage than I originally thought I would and they immediately adjusted my bill to the actual mileage that I used. the only problem I had was the U-Haul mobile app for returning my rental but the people at Binder's Automotive took care of everything for me.
Chris MThis is a useless survey. Uhaul in general screwed me and I will NEVER use them again. I selected a location to pick up, uhaul decided to change my location the day before pick up, making me drive and waste my gas for their benifit. If I select a location for pick up, I should be given the option to change OR at uhaul’s expense, bring the equipment to where I originally selected to pick up. Sending an email saying we changed your pick up has definitely made it evident, uhaul is to big for themselves and needs a loss of customer base.

John HI was confused as to why switched me from swim rite to binders. I was charged for going over mileage when my original quote was to go from fremont to tifiin and then back to fremont. Going to gibsonburg was the extra mileage.

mike wWhen returning the truck after hours the website would not allow me to upload a picture of the mileage/gas. It would not allow us to complete the return because of this. We spent 1/2 hour trying to do this and finally had to just put the keys in the drop box.

Michael WReturn was not easy. They couldn't locate my iPhone to do the check in even though my locations was turned on. Was there for 30 minutes and finally had to call Uhaul to let them know I just dropped the key in the box

Nathan SThe location was fine but it wasnt opened all day and by the time I figured out how to do what I had to do to return it we were already past our drop off time by 3 hrs and I didnt realize we had to return in online I thought we just dropped it off at the location and left so we had to go all the way back once I logged into uhaul and seen we had to take pictures we had to drive all the way back over there and do it correctly which cost me about 84 extra dollars!

Megan NThe truck shook like crazy, steering wheel was almost completely sideways in order to drive straight. The check engine light was also on. On the way back to drop off which wa 100 miles the cab of the truck engulfed in smoke, pulled off the highway and rolled my ankle jumping out, sat for 4 hours waiting on assistance just to be asked to jump up in the engine compartment and help the 60yr old mechanic fix 2 blown radiator hoses, after all this they expected me to still make this 100 mile trip to return to original pickup location and when I asked for someplace closer they said I would be charged "an arm and a leg" if I returned it anywhere else. Mind you it's now 5pm on a Sunday when I have to be out the door for work on Monday at 6am and they still wanted me to make this 4hr round trip. I refused and told them I would sue of they charged me a single penny extra. My advice, use Ryder or Penske and stay away from this subpar equipment

mike wI rented from Binders Automotive because all the trucks in Fremont were reserved several days before. Adding 30 miles to my bill at .99 per mile. Binders Auto is great, wish they were closer.
