Lynne WThis location was a grocery store that happened to have some U-Haul trailers in the parking lot. We were sent there because our trailer had broken down, but the personnel at the location had no knowledge of U-Haul arranging for a replacement trailer there. They did ultimately get things straightened out with U-Haul, but it took quite some time.
Michael GGas tank was on empty then was charged for not filling to where they wanted it. Wasn’t shown nor did I sign the contract. Did not have a good system in place to deal with uhaul and store customers. Overall employees did not seem invested with my concerns or comments will never rent uhaul here again.
