Location was great, employee was extraordinarily helpful. The system was extremely slow and she really struggled to get it working. In fact, she had to call and have someone at a different location compete the rental contract. This made the process very stressful and difficult for her. Nonetheless she was great and very helpful.

In have nothing but good things to say about this company for u-haul rental. I am a repeat customer with Beamers for this reason.

Robert FWas quite appalled by the lack of cleanliness in the truck’s cabin. Odometer had 10 miles more than in the system. There were new scratches which the agent had to “X” out for me before I would take that truck out. The agent sneaked in insurance despite my declining it both online and in person! I will not rent from this location in the future!

Tracy SPassenger side mirror moved due to being very loose. This made for terrifying and dangerous lane changes. Also, driver side door problems. It doesn't shut well. Poorly maintained and not recommended.

mary iThe tire pressure were at 70 and 72, spent 3 hours to find a place to air up the tire since the value steam was too short to air up at gas station. Sure would have been a lot easier if the dealer would have checked the tires and answered the phone. Small town every thing closed on Saturday, glad to be back in Florida were business are open and ready to help,
