Corporate charged me on extra $100 for not returning to Vestal,New York. I will dispute the extra $100 with my Credit Union. Talked to Corporate that said “Too Bad”

Jane RussellThis location picked up the slack of the lazy Hornell location. I had my reservation in Hornell for a month ahead of time. The day before my pick up the Bath location called me and said Hornell had no trucks so I would need to drive further away to pick up a truck in Bath. It was an extra 30 min drive to get the truck because the Hornell location refused to get a truck from any other location for me.
Jayson DingerThe location was moved to an area 25 miles away, costing me more for the mileage fee. When I called to pick up the vehicle, the gentleman told ne he had an appointment so I had to move up my pick up time by an hour, causing me to have the vehicle back that much sooner. When I found out the truck would not work for my needs, I then had to make arrangements to drive it back to Bath after having to get a different truck from the original location in Hornell. It was a terrible experience, costing me a lot of additional miles and hours of driving after working a 16 hour shift at the hospital.

KEVIN DRAKEImprove U-haul app so customer can upload odometer and gas gauge photo from their phone. U-haul app would not accept photos, tried for 30 minutes, family was waiting for vacation. Negative experience. No person available to help at 9:00 AM. I paid $261.00 and a relative paid $199.00 for same day, 2 day, same size truck in Scranton, one way rental to Dumont NJ. I feel overcharged. I saw multiple trucks in Kingston PA the afternoon I rented U-haul in Dallas, PA and wonder why I was made to travel a longer distance from preferred location of Exeter PA and I feel overcharged.
