Lance BickettThe owner was rude and foul mouthed. I told him that I registered, checked in, and paid on line. He said that they didn’t do that there. He also said that they didn’t have the size of truck that I reserved. He checked his computer, saw that I was right and handed me the keys. The place of business looked like a scene from the television show Hoarders. I’ll never rent from them again. The truck appeared clean but smelled like severe body odor. My wife used febreeze before she would get in it.

Fred AlcornI received a confirmation call 1/10/24 for my 1/12/24 reservation. Was told everything(truck, dolly, and moving pads) will be at the pick up location and ready. I arrive 1/12 to pick up my truck. First thing i was told ,"I don't have any moving pads" Didn't offer to call or locate or any help what so ever. He wasn't even sure he had an appliance dolly. He had to go check the truck. Extremely frustrating, as I was picking this up on my lunch break, and i didn't really have time to go hunt down moving pads.

Maria fantanarosaOwner of location is very rude and unprofessional. Makes derogatory comments about previous customers who don't park UHaul equipment exactly where he wants it. Rented from here a few times only because they are close and had the equipment I needed. Recent experience trying to rent a trailer from here the owner was yelling about people being stupid and he was going to start charging a $100 fee everytime someone didn't park a Uhaul where he wanted it. Then asked why I was there and told him I was there to pick up a trailer. He proceeded to tell me he didn't have any trailer reservations for the day. Told him I made the reservation that morning and had the reservation number available. He again said he didn't have any trailer reservations and just walked away. I left without getting the trailer I needed for that day. I will NEVER rent from this location again. If a Uhaul equipment in needed is not available elsewhere close to me and this place is only one that has it, I still will NOT rent from here again. Completely unprofessional and absolutely no customer service skills.

Scott GatesI originally placed my reservation at another location and without notification it was changed causing us to drive to a neighboring city. This location charged us foe 300 miles which is obsurd. To prove this The odds of driving an even number like 300 is astronomical.

Axel CamposA little hole in the wall place. The clerk was kind, but didn't have a bathroom that had been serviced. Also had us move the truck to a different location than where the trailers were (that was all there was at the time)

Tim KinnisonI didn't get any paperwork or walk around inspection when I first rented the truck. Was told everything was in the email. The rental email also said the truck had a 1/4 tank and was barely 1/8 full. The cup holder was also completely missing. This probably was the biggest inconvenience while driving.

Also the steering wheel was horrible and it was out of balance that I barely drove through highway

Matt JohnsonUhaul rolling door was broken and took 30 minutes just to get it to shut enough to where it would lock. Nobody was even there when we arrived. When they did show up, they said they didn’t have the reservation and we must be at the wrong location.

GERALD HILESSecond time using this location. Both times no record of my reservation. My reservation was for 9am. Owner arrived to open at 9:20. Finally left at 9:40. It seemed like I was a bother. Box was dirty. Ash tray in cab had cigarettes' in it. Front end feels like something is loose.

Sasidhar Mukherj DuggineniI rented a truck online , as well as a appliance dolly and 2 furniture movers . I went up to pick all that up and walked into a Hoarders Gas Station and no one was there . I yelled for him several times but no answer. I walked back out to talk to my wife for a few minutes, went back in and the gentleman is sitting watching TV as loud as it could go. I said “ Oh hey there you are” and he said “ Hay is for horses ,what do you need ?? I said I rented a truck online and he said and I quote “if you don’t reserve it through me directly, I don’t run around and get all this stuff together because I just don’t have time”.This from someone that was sitting on his butt watching TV when I walked in. Once I got through with him taking all my information the experience was OK , the 26 foot truck was the same price as the smaller truck so that was nice, and he warmed up a little bit before I left but this is not the first time I’ve tented from him and this is not the first time that he talked down to the customer. He has a bad habit of doing that. The only reason I rented from him again is because all of the other U-Haul‘s were out of trucks and I needed to get it that day.
