Lee HIt was closed when we dropped off. The directions were clear however.

Brett RTrailer worked great. Not happy being charged the extra for insurance (safe tow $24.00). We specifically denied insurance when 1st making the reservation. Don't know why it was on there when he ran my card but he never asked anything. Once I saw it on my receipt, they guy said it's too late to take off Total bill way higher than I planned due to this insurance scam.

paul MThe self check process was a pain. I had to call customer service twice. They were both very helpful. The truck had dirty floorboards and trash behind the seat. There was a hole in the cargo area which had been duct taped but there was a hole in the tape. The truck ran very rough. I was worried about being able to complete the trip.
SUSAN HThe steering wheel was put on wrong. I was driving straight while the wheel was turned almost 90 degrees to the left. I put gas in the uhaul and the gas gauge didn’t move. I’ve called 5 times and no answer. I visited the store to discuss the issue and nobody was there. They then charged me for not filling the truck back up. I’m very upset with the maintenance on the truck. It was completely dangerous to drive. I still can’t get ahold of anyone.
Nycia FI was fine with this location however I was EXTREMELY disappointed that the original place we were sent which was the Louisville Trailer wash at 1320 East Main St. in Louisville KY did not actually have 24/7 pickup and hopefully this problem is fixed! After we went there I had to wait for a call back and then we were sent over to this location in Indiana. I had already driven 1.5 hours and ended up having to go about an hour out of the way. We came very close to losing the cabinets we had originally went to pick up as the person waiting on us was getting tired of waiting. We were supposed to meet at 5:30 but ended up being an hour late.

Brandon RYou all changed my drop off point which cost us nearly an hour of extra travel time. I was on hold forever, then transferred to the wrong person and put on hold again. And someone added something to the account changing the price from $89 to $120. Now I’m going to have to call again and probably be put on hold to straighten that out.
Bryan BTerry is the owner and operator of this location, and he was such a treat to deal with. Such a nice man. Super helpful and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he was able to answer everything I asked. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Amanda FI was reassigned to this location because the trailer was not available at the original pickup location in my reservation. They did not honor the 20% discount on my original reservation and added $70 for insurance that I did not want and said they could not take it off the invoice. I called customer service and was told to handle the billing dispute when I return the trailer.

DAVID MNot worthy of being a U-Haul contractor, in my opinion.
jeff bThere was no dolly or blankets in the back of the truck, which I hadn't reserved anyway but realized I could have used the dolly afterwards after all, so it would have been nice; previous U-hauls would have it available but zip-tied so it'd be obvious if you did use it. Also, there was no public Wi-Fi at the location so the mobile check-in was VERY slow - took nearly 45 minutes to check the truck out and almost 20 to check it back in because it required uploading several pictures.

Edwin VWindshield wipers were worn and ineffective. Windshield had some kind of film that made it difficult to see.
