Jim HWe happened to pick a time the business (B&B Equipment Rental) was open and they experience was SO much better than the contactless lockboxes we’d tried before (at another location). The fully online process is just frustrating and time consuming. We’ll never try that again after the quality service at B&B!

Mike BThe private business I picked up from was great. Everything else was a nightmare. Original reservation was a one way trip that was quoted $236. I received a call saying they no longer had the truck I reserved and if I would be flexible they would make sure the cost would be about the same. I got a notification from my bank that I was overdrawn because UHAUL charged my debit card almost $700. Just so I'm not misleading here. I extended my drop off by 1 day because I hadn't finished unloading. My suggestion to anyone about to reserve a truck is to take lots of screenshots.

Robert SI dropped the truck after hours and completed the guided checkout on my phone. I dropped the key in the dropbox. The next morning I got a call from the equiplment place saying that they did not get a key to the truck I dropped off. I told him that I had dropped it in the dropbox the night before. Then about 3 times in quick succession in increasingly irrated voices on both sides: "I dropped it in the drop box last night." "It isn't here." He said something like, "OK" and hung up. Received a text 6 minutes later: "Good morning [my name]. We found them sorry for the call enjoy your day appreciate your business. Whitney@B&B Equipment Rental/Uhaul. So I was a little irritated and getting geared up for an argument with U-Haul, but it was corrected quickly and I was contacted promptly. I guess next time I'll take a video of me putting the key into the drop box!

Matthew RThey charged me for two dolly’s that I didn’t rent but one. Charged me for mikes that I know wasn’t correct. They said I didn’t clean the vehicle when I know I did. I won’t rent there becomes there was $40 I was charged for and wasn’t correct.

Wanda MWill was super polite and accommodating, there was an issue with the smaller truck I had reserved, but he went above and beyond to make it right! He exemplifies the great service you always expect when interacting with U-haul.
Bree TUnable to use my mobile app at this location so someone drove by and knew the owner. He was able to call the owner so that I could pick up the vehicle. Delayed us about 1 hour. I had previously downloaded the app and had everything ready to go but it never gave me an option to check in.

Brent FI would recommend it. But i rented the trailer for 24 hours, 9:51 am on may 17th. Returned it the following morning. I pulled in at 9:46 am the 18th. But later in the day it sent me a notification that my charge was for 2 rental periods. And documented me as returning it at 9:54 am. Which is after i pulled away. And they went back and logged it in. So i got charged an extra $29 for 3 minutes when my google location even shows me arriving at 9:46. I do not understand this at all
