We never were able to access my mom’s account online, and had to call customer service in order to check the truck in at the end of our incredibly long day (7:00 am to 12:30am).
Darren IHorrible experience to be completely honest. Our uhaul was disgusting upon pick up, and the storage compartment leaked and we had several thousand dollars worth of items get ruined. I have no plans to use uhaul again after this experience.

Christopher CWe reserved moving pads. It would have been nice to know that this location along with a few others DO NOT HAVE the moving pads. It was most frustrating to find out you did not have them when we picked up the truck. Made for some last minute hunting ...time we did not have to lose.

Destiny HPerson at the desk did not know what she was doing. Received a call 4 hours after I returned it asking where it was. Luckily I had a pic of the mileage and gas to send to the person that called me. They did not go over the truck either. The only reason I would return there is because it is the only one in our area.

clayton pThe windshield wipers were dry rotted, the valve stem on one of the tires broke when we touched it, all of the tires had wildly different pressures and only two were within proper range, and the tail lights on the car hauler didn't work because there was no fuse for them. Additionally, we found out only 2 days before our move that we had to drive an hour and a half away to pick up the truck as opposed to a half mile away as we had reserved. When we picked up the truck, we were informed that the hand truck we had also reserved was not available so we had to drive an additional hour and a half to go purchase one. That being said, every Uhaul representative with whom we interacted was wonderful, extremely helpful and as accommodating as they could be. They added a day to our time, deducted the additional mileage, took the hand truck off of our bill, and were able to get someone out in less than an hour to replace the tire with the faulty valve stem.

Brian SWanted me to hook up vehicle tow dollies and take picture so they could say they did it. Tow dolly was damaged and pulled horribly. Truck smelt like smoke and had ashes laying around in it along with matches. Couldn't use heater cuz it blew air that smelled like smoke. Truck shifted extremely hard and ran like crap.
Ashley JWas suppose to be charged for one day on a car dolly that was suppose to be right around $57 was what I was told but being charged over $260 an now they said trailer was out for 5 days! Which I know it wasnt

bryan bThe truck was clean and ran adequately. The outside tire on the right dual was nearly bald and should have been changed before the vehicle was rented. The right outside mirror would not adjust even with considerable force. These items should have been checked before the truck was rented. The rental agent was very friendly and helpful.
