They had no furniture dollies that I ordered and sent me to a rental store. The shipping blankets where wet and full of snow.

Charlie HRented the truck at 4pm on Friday, October 27th and returned it at 4pm on Saturday, October 28th and was told that this was a 2 day rental and not a 1 day rental , so was charged for 2 days.

Debra SPay attention to pricing. We were charged for 3 days rental even though the date and time out to date and time in totalled 48 hrs. In reality we only rented the trailer for one day. We were also charged for insurance that we had declined and were never given a refund on the insurance. They did correct the day charges but I believe that had I been an person who doesn't pay attention to the invoicing they would have earned three times the amount they were due

Lisa FI had to drive 2 hours and 40 minutes to get the uhaul and there was no sort of compilation.
Travis SI rented the U-Haul for one day, but was then told by the lady at the front desk that they close at 12PM, and they lock their gate so I would have to keep the U-Haul for the entire weekend. I then checked what time they open on Monday, and it was 9AM —I have to be at work at 8AM so I was unable to return the U-Haul until later in the afternoon and was subsequently charged an “after hours return fee”. I’m not happy with this experience, and next time I will be looking for another U-haul location that doesn’t make it so difficult to return their U-haul.
Charles FNo issues to report. It all went well. I started the on line check in from my phone, but the website froze during the process. The woman at Sawtooth was able to pull up my order and complete the process without any delay.

Derek DI ordered a 5x8 3 weeks before picking up. 1 week before pick up I called to confirm it would be available. 2 days before pick up I was notified I would have to take a 6x12. I did not need a larger trailer that is 1,00 lbs heavier and have to tow it over 2 mountain passes. Other then that everything went well. The service people at each end were very helpful.
James BThe customer service was good. The trailer was ready when I got there. I also needed an adapter for the wiring, which I wasn't sure I needed, and they had it there for sale for a good price. The tires had good tread and weren't bald at all. Everyone there was in a good mood even though we were all getting tons of snow within a week. The yard was clear of snow and easy to access.
Chad BI reserved a 20’ truck. The day before pickup I was informed that the only available truck was a 15’ model. I ordered 3 dozen furniture blankets. None were available when I picked up the truck, although the agent retrieved about half of what I ordered from a recently returned truck. I reserved the truck for 2 days but finished mid-afternoon on the first day. When I attempted to return the truck, the rental agency had already closed. I still don’t know whether my 2nd rental charge will be reversed.
