The Uhaul was great for us. The truck saved us so much time and it was affordable and very easy to set up and get the truck. I would highly recommend it to anyone moving.

LINDA WThe cab interior was filthy with cracker crumbs all over, which did NOT bother me, but I did NOT clean them up, and I am NOT paying a cleaning fee. The BT Interiors agent was outstanding to work with. 5 Gold stars for sure. The appliance dolly was a huge help with my freezer...thank YOU for that.

Billy BWas easy to get in and out to drop the trailer off. There was no staff on site that we saw, but it was later on a Saturday afternoon that we dropped off.

BAILY CUnsure if this is due to drop off location or another site, but brought back truck at half a tank of gas as how it was picked up, was charged $56 anyway for fuel. A 200 mile one way rental now cost me almost $500. Will not be using UHaul for any future services, and not recommending Uhaul to family and friends.

Ron YThis is the best U-Haul place I’ve ever rented from very courteous not want to just take your money and push you out the door. The man by the name of Byram is the most courteous person I’ve ever Seen. His son helped us unload today and park the trailer and he’s just as nice as his dad. I’m a contractor I use the trailers a lot and I plan on staying with U-Haul and Canton for his long as I can do contracting work we always use the 8 x 10 trailers or whatever they have for enclosed trailers. Thank you very much highly appreciated!
LINDA WThe ramp that a lives from under the truck kept getting caught because the floor if the truck was bent downward (coming apart) and catching on the ramp. We caught our hand it more than once. I'm sure the man renting us the truck was not aware of this. He is a nice man and would have not sent us with a truck like this.

MATTHEW BThis place is convenient if you need local pickup location. The 20' truck I was provided was old and not capable of pulling the trailer with my vehicle on it up small hills let alone normal size hills. Trip took 5 hours longer than expected, motor struggled and ground loudly to change gears and cost me a small fortune in gas. I made this same move in reverse direction 3 years ago and was quite pleased with equipment performance. This trip, not pleased at all.
Linda MUhaul website is tough to navigate and very cumbersome.
Tim EI call the help desk when dropping off because it would not pick it up I set on phone for hour and noone ever answer then it said we could get call back so I did that about hour later they called back it came saying we were 1st in line then hung up on us. Never heard back.
EDWIN HThis location was 50 miles away from where I needed to use the truck. There were 6 of the same type of vehicle just across the street and I wasn't allowed to rent them.

WILLIAM SPart of the floor in the truck was damaged every time you stepped on it or rolled the dolly over it the panel would drop down plus the previous renters left garbage in the truck

Bryce HWe had to have your road assistance come late at night and replace the battery. So maybe more equipment checks like that... but it was fixed and we had great service from you and the repair company..
