The only that worried me was the tire pressure in the passenger front tire because it was extremely low. Other than that.. absolutely best service!

Dennis CI placed my reservation online. At pick-up, the appliance dolly that I had reserved was not available. The staff were able to easily substitute a utility dolly instead. The staff member was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location to others and I will continue to choose this one in the future. 💜

Theresa HI recently received a toll bill from UHaul for tolls I already paid in 2020. The company's ability to resolve this minor $6 charge is simply AWFUL!!! I am now reconsidering using other available services to avoid your company due to your inability to resolve billing problems. The degree of incompetence I am experiencing like four hours on hold between departments that cannot fix the problem is disgraceful and unprofessional. Access to management for help has been impossible. Email, live chat and phone have all been unsuccessful. This is IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

William KI would get better payment processing systems. I was told when I turned in the keys that I would end up being charged a certain amount and that the payment didn’t go through. I currently have holds on my bank account for two of those payments tying up a significant amount of my currently available money in a very uncertain time. It has marred what has been an otherwise redeeming experience with Uhaul in general.

Jane BWhen I booked this online I selected Bloomsburg PA, and without notice the system selected Paxinos, PA as the pickup point. This caused me 2 hours of delays. If I had known this was the pick up point I would not have used U-Haul. Never again.
Jorge CThe Bloomsburg, PA U-Haul location cancelled my reservation without letting me know, and when I asked the manager at the Bloomsburg location for assistance, he was rude and very unprofessional. I ended up going to BME Storage for the truck and they were extremely kind and professional. They made sure I was taken care of and were very pleasant throughout. I would highly recommend BME Storage to friends and family, and would NEVER recommend the Bloomsburg U-Haul location to anyone.
