gary SHave your trucks return with a full tank so customs don't lose money if they can't hit the 1/4 mark. I returned it with almost 1/2 a tank. That's $25. Also emphasize that return it Monday means Monday 11:09. I was back after 1:00. That's $40. The people that work there were great, your corporation policy sucks.

shawn dDropoff location was good, personnel were friendly and courteous, it did not take long to complete the drop off process. However, the drop off location was over an hour away (54 miles) from my destination, I requested a change in location with the first one being over an hour away (42 miles). The customer service rep said the new location was closer (30 miles), which is why I accepted the new location. . There were over 11 U-Haul locations that were closer to my destination than either of the two that U Haul offered. I do not feel as though a customer should be responsible and have to use their own gas to move equipment around for U-Haul company. I should at least be reimbursed for vehicle mileage from one of the closer ones (3 within 10 miles) to drop off U-Haul equipment at a place convenient for U Haul company and inconvenient for the customer

Karen ASecond time in a month getting a Uhaul trailer to move home from California to Colorado. Both experiences were fantastic. Trailer 6x12 hauled great. No problem with towing if loaded correctly, and no breakdown of equipment. Thank you for 2 great experiences.

Patrica CI ordered 2 dozen furniture pads, but when I went to pick up the truck, they would only give me one dozen. Starting that someone else ordered 4 dozen and that person was getting their allotment. Disappointing.
