The service representative was SO nice and a pleasure to work with. My 26' truck was very clean and ready to go when I picked it up. I would very highly recommend this location.

shannon hFantastic experience all the way around on both ends of the trip. Just wish that the vehicle had cruise control. Driving 500+ miles, it gets hard on the right foot being on the gas pedal the entire time.
Randall HI haven’t received my refund. I returned the dolly the next morning and I have yet to receive my refund since I’d been charged for the dolly. Every time I call, I don’t get an answer. I’ve left messages and have not gotten a call back. I would like my money

Roosevelt HUHaul changed my pickup location one week out, this location couldn’t support any of the equipment/blankets that I had in my original order request. Be aware you may have to hunt from store to store to find items to help in your move. Otherwise this was a good, quick and easy location.

CRYSTAL ZTerrible delay on after hours pick up. Was promised a $50 inconvenience discount but never got it. Due to the delays that were caused by uhaul I couldn’t finish in the reserved rental time so had to take rental back the next morning by 10am. I was harassed by the drop off point and upon returning the unit was scolded by the management along with being fussed at by the person needing the unit. Charged an extra day as well for issues along the rental process that were not my fault. Very unpleased and have always used uhaul. Equipment was fine the service was among the worst I have ever dealt with.

MARY NWe were charged the additional insurance that we did not want. We went over budget by 200 dollars due to the insurance and the additional taxes on that insurance. We asked for it to be refunded and the lady at the front desk acted like she didn't know how. She told us to call Uhaul and we did. They 800 number told us to contact the pick up location for the refund. We left a voice mail and they never contacted us. So now we're 200 short of what we need. Please call me at(479) 644-1164 if possible to get this resolved.
Steven GWe had a miserable experience. We placed our reservation online but the rental facility closed before we arrived with the tow dolly left out front. After much debate, we went ahead and hooked it up and took it. We rec'd a phone call the next day being told we shouldn't have done that...(um, OK...where were your ppl and why was it left out front for us?). We went to return the dolly (early) and the woman manning the desk at the rental facility refused to take the dolly. She said "I don't deal with the trailers" and sent me down the road about 3 miles to a separate facility which had NO room. The people at the second facility said the woman and the 1st facility pulled that all the time. I called transportation who told me the 1st facility had reported we didn't return the equipment and had charged a late fee??? Transportation made note that wasn't accurate and told me to go dump the dolly in their parking lot. When I voiced my concern about not checking the dolly in properly I was told to take pics. Just....wow. Never again.
