The truck says “rides like a van”. It was a very unpleasant ride, seemed like the gears struggled to keep a consistent speed and shuddered while driving. The battery light was also on. I recommend this uhaul because of it’s convenient to have a location here however the lot is way too small!

Your computer system kept freezing when uoit employee was trying to do our rental paperwork on picking up the trailer. We had to wait while she input the information many times only to have the comluter system freeze again and again. She finally got it done after 20 or more minutes. It wwas painful. The lady herself was pleasant and helpful and not her fault the computer wasn't cooperating.

It was not made clear that the large main gate was the access point. My brother and I thought we would get stopped by police if we entered…but we took the gamble.
The App does not show your location and, therefore, made it far more difficult to use the app for self checkout

The van smelled of cigarette smoke and ashes in the cab. Vehicles should be cleaned more often.
Check out was not convenient. Didn’t know I had to scan the address upon drop off and left. Ended up driving back to scan address to avoid the additional charges. There should not be any charges to return a rental unless there is damages.

The dropoff location gates were closed and locked, with no one around to return my truck. I had to drive it back to my home and return AGAIN in the morning to drop it off. The incompetence and complete lack of customer care is unbelievable. If you can - go elsewhere!

This man was AMAZING!!! we just moved from Victoria BC and the customer service in Victoria was awful, in fact it was so bad that I couldn't rate. This time was a complete 180⁰. The gentleman was soooo nice and good to work with and was FRIENDLY!!! AND PERSONABLE!. I can't say enough good things about his customer service. I won't rent from anyone else if at all possible.

I warned the customer service the truck I got was in poor condition within a day. I dropped it off and they asked again what shape the truck was in, I said poor as described above. They said they already had it rented out again going to Calgary. Feel terrible for the next guy.

The staff are awesome and good people .I would recommend this company and facility to anyone. Nicole is great to deal with and has a great personality and well as great customer service.The owner is a very nice man and is willing to help with anything if you need assistance. I would definately rent a storage unit again if needed so.

Need some sort of jack there to help unhook trailers. The 8X12 trailers are very heavy and could very easily cause a back injury or crushed foot

All of my issues had nothing to do with the staff at armour storage. However I had multiple issues trying to get into the app to get the code for the lock box to get the keys. I ended up sitting on the phone with support for a hour and didn’t get anywhere. I even tried using a different phone.
I had to wait for the place to open and that made me late for meeting my new landlord and even more late to get started on packing up the truck. This caused me to have to rent the truck for an additional day and U-Haul was very fast to take more money. Including a $60 charge that couldn’t be justified.

Please note that during the winter snow accumulated on the south doors of our unit (#210) & ice developed resulting in us not being able to access our items on that side. Better snow removal at base of south side doors is highly recommended.

We are very happy with the service we were provided; we always felt our trailer was stored securely. Any questions we had were answered quickly and accurately by the staff. We removed our trailer from the storage facility because we purchased a lake lot where we can leave our trailer year round, but should we ever need storage in the future we will definitely return to Armour Self Storage.
