Eric HThe vehicle was not ready for the appointment pickup. The gas level was so low you have to over fill to even use it. They don’t cover that so you end up give them free gas. Overall I felt like I was taken for a ride.
Dustin WI was charged a cleaning fee in error, and the representative was unable to remove it in the system, even after clicking on your screen that it was incorrect. We agreed to charge me $1 just to get it to clear. I was charged $25 instead. I was able.to get it rectified the next day, but it was incredibly frustrating for both the rep and me.
ALLYSON FFirst time doing a Uhaul and could not have been easier! Also, even though I had put for self checkin, the gentleman at the counter did it for me anyway and was extremely helpful. The return was extremely easy too. All around, this was a seamless process, and the pick up people took effort to make it that way.

Edward RTruck was dirty inside floors not clean, smelled like cigarette’s as well, driver seat wasn’t straight and leaned to the left closer to the driver door (uncomfortable) engine light was on, tire system light on, when u need to brake the steering wheel shakes, trying to accelerate on speed goes slow, must be a speed cap on the truck. No other truck i could get bc i asked worker bc wasn’t comfortable with engine light and tire light on and horrible smell.

I have literally never had such an awful experience in my life, even having used your Moving Help assistance in the past with several different gentlemen, and I was just so disappointed in the outcome working with these two gentlemen. For future customers, I would ask you to actually consider removing them from your list.

Naharia HPlease retrain David Parrish for customer service, he is unprofessional, rude, lazy and a liar. I never experience that I was told to come back because the vehicle is not ready because it is the end of his shift and I gave to wait for another staff to process my reservation. In fact the vehicle was at the parking lot and I have to wait because he cannot change my booking time.

Jean MRepresentatives were very rude and racist. I have been renting U-Haul for more than 4years on a regular basis and this is so far the worst customer experience. This white old man told me I looked like I was gonna steal the cargo van and he couldn’t rent the van to me because I wormhole not take the insurance he was trying to sell to me. If this is how U-Haul treats customers in Virginia then this would be my last time using U-Haul and I will make sure to communicate that to my family and friends
