rose ZI wouldn’t recommend U-Haul at all, because your rates are very misleading. My $19.95 rental became $81 because of your outlandish mileage fee. In addition, the fact that the tank isn’t full when a customer checks it out results in the customer overfilling the tank. So you ended up with more gasoline than when I took the truck.

Roger PAfter a long trip and just minutes to spare prior to closing. The uhaul agent waited till I arrived and allowed me to park my packed u-haul overnight because my apartment complex I was moving into did not have adequate space for my 15ft'r and auto transport. She was very essential is my things being secured and safe for a next day move-in date. Thank you so much. I appreciate that level of commitment to customers.
Leonard WWe showed up without a reservation and didn't really know what we were doing or how long we would take. Brett found us a 15 foot truck at a different location and helped us get everything together. At the other location Vinnie helped us out. She was very personable and helpful! She made sure we were fully informed and all set up before we left. I was grateful to have such wonderful customer service on a stressful moving day!
