I was told that if I paid a cash deposit, I would receive a cash deposit at drop off and when I went to drop off the U-Haul I was told I will receive a check in the mail. I hope this is true and I have patiently wait.

The man that runs this store was incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely rent with him again. He was dealing with a lot of calls and walk ins and still somehow made me feel like I was his sole focus. The trailer itself could use better tires, and it could use a spare tire and a jack. I got a flat on the front driver's side tire from a stick. I took it off because I had my own jack and took it into town for repair. They patched it just to get me back to my destination.

During Thanksgiving holidays I was very please with fast and courteous service. Even though my transaction was done on line, the location had my equipment ready and waiting as promised. The two gentlemen had great attitudes even being there on a Friday after Thanksgiving. Hats off to Uhaul

The bigger issue was U-Haul calling the day before to tell us that the 26ft truck we had reserved really was not reserved and we would have to drive two hours to get one. Now we have to rent a second truck to make this move work. HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED with U-Haul. They did NOTHING to help us. They were in CYA mode.

These guys are awesome! I've used U-Haul many times and this was by far my best U-Haul experience. What ever you are paying these guys, it is not enough. Thank you for employing and retaining such consumate professionals. I will definitely be back.

Please clean floor. Every piece of furnitures and box arrived with GREASE on the bottom. When I put furniture down it trashed my house with grease. Unacceptable for the price I paid for the truck.

This was not the original pick up location. The location that Uhau's sit said had trucks was Pecos, TX. This is highly misleading and we had a lot of trouble, having to drive 100 miles out to Alpine to actually get a truck. Uhaul reps explained that they cannot garauntee a truck but if they were more transparent and honest on the availability of equipment in rural areas, we would have planned very differently. Of course, being unaccountable to anyone, Uhaul will do what it wants, so I just advise all customers in rural areas to do their homework before booking online.
