extremely Rude people to talk to, unwilling to help with any kind of problem, I rent trucks 1 sometimes 2 time a month and have never had the rudeness and bad service as I had at this location, it was so bad as of now I do not plan to use the U-haul company again as long as locations like this is representing the U-haul brand, I have never had this problem with Penske Which I will be using from now on,
