Everything was simple, quick, and the man who did the rental was so sweet. I had to extend due to a family emergency and I had no issues. To be honest, no changes need to be made.

Angela BI rented a truck over a month in advance. Was informed 2 days before getting it I would have to get one double the size. I was not comfortable driving suck a bid vehicle. I was offered the size I had reserved for a month, but was told I would need to drive it back. Never ONCE was it mentioned that it would make the price double. Did not k it it till this morning when I received the receipt. This is TERRIBLE customer service and actually, in my opinion, FRAUD!!! I will never use Uhaul again. . Pure theft!!! However Altronics was great for helping me, should have mentioned the DOUBLE THE PRICE scheme.

John GRon at Alltronics in Flora, Illinois was very helpful and nice. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. I had a lot of questions and he had an answer for each. When I picked up the trailer, he explained all the paperwork and made sure I had copies and his contact info in case of issues. He assisted in getting everything hitched properly and making sure we were road ready. Will be sure to recommend this U Haul store in Flora, Illinois to friends and family.

Kenneth LThe car trailer was picked up and the location helped to show and hook up all equipment. The tie downs for the trailer were not correct length and had been cut on one side so would not fit tire. This left me having to find tie down straps to use. Making sure straps are measured before renting would be a good suggestion.

Patricia MOnly problem I had was the trailer was in the grass and could not get above my hitch. I had to have help to get it lifted up and onto the Yukon.
JASON GI was charged for the initial rental at pick up. When I returned the rental after hours my credit card was charged again for the rental.

Gary RWhen we went to pick it up the lights didn’t work. So the guy worked on it for an hour. Then we had to drive 30 miles one way to pick up the replacement. This delayed us leaving on our trip by a day. I should get some sort of credit. Most ridiculous thing ever.

ROY WU-Haul changed my pickup location three times the day before pickup. On the way there, they changed it again 200 miles out of the way. Then the truck could not maintain 50 mph. The engine cut out everyone I tried to press the accelerator. U-Haul MUST have known this in advance. No one would have rented that truck prior to me without complaining. I reported it and suspect they rented it after me. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. That it the point of “Reserving” a truck a month in advance if U-Haul does not “Reserve” anything?
Gregory MYour rates stink 92 .55 for a rental it was due back at 4:45p.m. got it back at 9pm and was over 90 dollars
