Richard L.We dropped off after hours. For a first time user, it was a somewhat clunky experience, but got it figured out. My poor data reception made it a little challening. But overall, being able to do a "one-way" move was incredibly helpful and beneficial!

Kathleen B.Location was closed on Saturday, suprisingly, for a tourist town. Could not determine if dropoff was proper due to geo-locate issues so I made an extra physical visit to facility a few days after my drop-off deadline just to check if all was done correctly, which fortunately, the helpful attendant told me it was. Location looks a little more like an RV and car storage lot than a u-haul lot with no good signs directing what to do , unlike most locations. Still, it was only drop off location in BV so I assumed it was correct. Better signage and drop off directions would help.

jess R.This is a fine location in a very small town, so don't expect to find a whole lot of equipment ready and waiting. Still, they are nice folks and with the basic things you need.
Randall W.Make your drop off procedure much easier and less time consuming to do! The photos I had to take took a long time to upload because my phone didn't have good WiFi in this location. If any cell providers don't have good coverage at a location, the location should provide WiFi a customer can use. My suggestion is to recommend the customer drop the truck off, take photos p, lock up the truck, drop the key in the key drop and just tap a bar on the app that says “My Truck is Parkedâ€. The truck can't go anywhere after that and the dealer can verify the mileage and fuel gauge in about 10 seconds next time he opens. It took me an hour! I did good personal assistance from an employee when I came by to how and where to drop it off a few days before I dropped it off.

The woman I spoke with tried to book me a reservation in the metro area that was three hours away. I went to my local facility that was 10min away and got the done. Excellent service locally

Heidi B.Just dropped. Super disappointed in Uhaul drop off. There was a location less than a mile from me but I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to this location because the one in Salida was full. More money and more time, not a good experience at all.
Natali T.Drop off was challenging for this 68 yo nurse. Being a weekend, the office was closed-which I expected. I had called ahead and the site helped explain things. There was an orange box marked for keys and contract. I had to do it all on my phone. Fortunately my daughter was with me and could help. All in all I highly recommend Uhaul

He told me to park the trailer and said i was good to go and that he would email my receipt confirming my drop off. I never received anything untill 2 days after drop off and after hours of customer service calls. Horrible experience. Uhaul is way too unorganized and the customer service people aren't helpful or even seem like they want to help. I got the same answer everytime, they would say "sorry i can't help you". Never thought Uhaul was this bad.
