Drop off location refused to let me drop off truck despite having U-Haul Rental signs and a U-Haul key drop box next to office door after completing the mobile application drop off process. Referred me to another location down the street with multiple U-Hual trucks in parking lot. Was again told it was not a drop off location but eventually took the truck once I told the person I had successfully returned the truck on the U-Haul application. 2nd location ended up being helpful but overall not a well organized experience.
