Jim Tingwald has a great personality and he was very considerate and conscientious!! Great guy def a keeper that man should get a raise plus!!! Def gonna recommend this u haul company in Hollister Missouri.

Uhaul as a whole needs to learn how to properly run a business. Pay attention to paperwork during the process,when you tell a customer your going to call them back after you fix a billing issue or any other problems you actually call them instead of leaving them hanging this was just my last issue with this nightmare experience I had with uhaul

Very quick dropoff. Only drawback is the parking area is shared with other businesses. Could be an issue with bigger trucks or towing situation.

Excellent service, best I have ever had using U-HAUL . I will defiantly recommend.

Not charge for every minute. If truck is returned within a couple of hours after renting time of one day don’t charge for a full extra day or even a whole extra day. Being a couple of hours after pick up shouldn’t be penalized with a full day charge. Don’t argue with customer who has filled up tank trying to charge them for gas. This location is in a back room of another business. We won’t use this vendor again.
