Maybe a bigger sign that you can see from the road because it is a small building and the GPS makes it seem like you're turning into Enterprise car rental parking lot.

leann bNo one was there on Sunday when I dropped off the trailer/hitch, but I did go back the next day to make sure I did everything I needed to do and I was assured that everything was taken care of, but I was charged $20.00 on my card which I wasn't sure about.

john tThe online approval process is awful. Either pre-approve applications or let the person know ahead of time how long it can take. Because having 15 mins wasted on waiting for approval makes me not want to use you again.

Leroy HNot have the rental at 1/4 tank. It's very inconvenient to almost immediately go and fill it up and then try to balance the tank enough to where I'm not overfilling it while I only need to drive it around town.
John DThe online pick up leaves much to be desired. If your pick up doesn’t go through the first try the system locks you out and you have to call u-haul.
Robert PWhen closing times are listed, the expectation is that the facility would be open until that time. I know that you can return your vehicle using the app on your phone when the facility is closed, I just like putting the keys to the vehicle in the hands of the facility manager and thought I would be able to do that only to find out that the location had closed early which wasn't mentioned when I asked about closing time when I picked up the vehicle.

William BAldridge Auto is my fav place to rent from. The guy is super nice and helpful.
Michael HCondition of the truck leaves much fro improvement. Upon acquisition of the truck and opening the driver’s door, the seal fell into the cabin and had to be reapplied to the door. The seals in the truck were poor, allowing wind to buffet inside of the cabin with the doors closed and the windows rolled up tight. The seal in the back of the truck allowed moisture to enter and apply a thin film of dew on our items. Luckily, nothing appears to be damaged so far. The inside cabin was covered with dust, the floor littered with dirt and leaves. It would also be helpful to report when the truck is dropped off to prevent accidental overcharging. The website registered the return of the truck an hour and a half after it was returned and the key deposited into the key return. If these issues could be corrected, the location would be better viewed.

William WBoth rear wheel bearings were bad and I could not even use the trailer and had to get a friend to move the few things I had. This was nothing to do with this location. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very nice.
