I think if you want to run a business you have to be patience and treat the costumer the way the should, if you are mad or something this isn’t costumer fault….thats all….

This ended up costing me about $30 more than it should have which was very frustrating. Other than that, I have always liked renting from this location.

Steven GDon’t overcharge people and make sure the vehicle is actually clean!!! Also if you’re going to move someone’s reservation to a different location that should be communicated. Worst experience ever.

Janelle PThis was the worst customer serI have EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.! The person who checked me in and out was VERY rude. When I checked in, he/they said "You are nearly a half hour late we nearly cancelled your reservation" I let him know that Uhaul had changed my location unexpectedly and perhaps it would be good to review the account information before admonishing a customer. He began to explaning their policy on returns (desptie my explaining I was only here due to U-hauls error). Rather than respond to him, I began praying. "Jesus take the wheel" ."Help me Lord.". He told me if I was going to rude he would kick me out of the store!!!!. I didn't pray anymore, even. The man/they then asked that I park my car in a lot across the street which clearly had tow away signs. I asked what was the problem with me parking the car here as I am a customer. He gave me permission.. When I got to my location I found there was no dolly in the car as I had ordered. I called and spoke with a woman, who had the charge removed. And, I discussed the car being there. She said it could not be there overnight. I asked if I could bring the truck back and park it there overnight and teturn in the morning to pick it up. She said that was fine. The next morning I came up to pick up the truck the man/they came out and starterd yelling at me saying I could not park my car in their lot "You were lying about pickiing my car". DID YOU LIE TO ME LAST NIGHT ABOUT PICKING UP YOUR CAR YES OR NO?? I asked him what in his life made him so miserable. MOved my car two blocks away in the rain. He must have had a discussion with the woman because he was a normal service provider. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
NIcole TI think it is odd the gas tank wasn't full, obviously it would be easier to pick it up full and return it full than a 1/4 tank.

Paul LTrying to pick up, i was her brother, same last name, but wasent aloud to pick up so our reservasion was cancled, also wouldnt let me use my phone number as again, another family member was under that name but wasent there, it needs to be crystal clear that family cant pick up the uhaul if a diffrent family memeber had reserved it for us, and to allow our numbers to be changed, this isnt ok

JOHN PThe Uhaul check in and check out using the phone was a bummer. App still has severe problems just like last time I used it. Takes forever for the app to work, won't upload pictures, stops working. Either fix it or ditch it. If it had not been for the office people, I would not have gotten the truck I rented.

PATRICIA WWhen given the code for the lock box, it was 3 digit and vertical. The code I was given did not work until I reversed it using the first number on the bottom, which sea counter intuitive. This was confusing and should be more clear. After that, everything was good.

PATRICIA AFix the app so that it identifies the location. And be honest about the cost from the get go. I was not made aware of the $5 tax until the final receipt. I had not accounted for it in my bid because it was not in original quote. Very disappointed.
John PI was charged 25 dollars for the cleaning fee. I swept the back my self and was still charged. I called twice to ask about the charge and was unable to speak with someone.
ULISES SThe whole online contactless process sucked! I had to take several pictures, had to submit pics of my drivers license twice, pics of me 3 times.... took almost 45 minutes to get the keys after I got to the place. I am not happy with this service at all and will not recommend getting a truck via this process.
kelly mI did the mobile app version but it was simple and easy and was even running a little late meaning less then half hour and they covered us and had our back even though another family was coming in for it. They made sure that family had it in time and nice and perfect!

TIMOTHY Kthe truck was a total gas hog, the transmission was slow to shift needing to go above 3000 rpm to shift, only got about 3 mpg, that truck needs to be fixed. the truck was clean and the staff was most helpful, the truck is a dog.
